The yield on the 10-year Treasury hit 2.8% tonight, a new multi-year high, as the dollars sank to 6.28 yuan, a new multi-year low. These two are not unrelated. Soon after the 10-year yield breaks above 3%, I expect the dollar to fall to an all-time record low against the yuan.
